1. Architects - (P 01)

B.Arch with 4 to 7 years experience in residential projects, gated communities, IT parks, hotels and malls. Should have exposure to AutoCad, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max etc.

2. MEP Designers / Coordinators – (P 02)

B.E (Elect / Mech) from reputed institutes with minimum 4 years of experience in co-ordinating projects with structural engineers/architects at designing, planning and execution phases.

3. Planning Engineers – (P 03)

B.Tech (Civil) with 3+ years of experience in Project Planning & Site activities (sequencing, progress reporting, resource planning, quality control etc.). Experience in using tools like Primavera, MS- Projects is must.

4. Project Managers (Civil) – (P 04)

B.Tech (Civil) with 8 – 12 years of experience. Should be able to monitor complete project details. Should deal with necessary consultants and monitor their functioning. Should have experience in handling large teams and monitor every team involved in right from consultants, contractors, purchases, labours, security, supportstaff. Should be aggressive, ready to take up the responsibility and take appropriate actions to drive the team to deliver the project in time.

5. Project Managers (M&E) – (P 05)

B.E / B.Tech (M&E) with 7-12 years of relevant experience. Should be well versed in the latest Electrical Systems and Networks as well as HVAC and Plumbing Systems for Commercial Buildings with Special Focus on IT and ITES Services.

All positions require strong customer & quality orientation, Incumbent must be self motivated with strong work ethic and commitment to success, ability to work in cross functional teams and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
