Project Execution Group

Architect :

B Arch / M Arch with 12+ years of experience in designing and coordination of various projects such as Residential, Commercial, IT Parks, Hotels, etc.

Structural Engineer :

Master of Engineering (Structures) or BE Civil with 3 to 8 years of experience in
Execution, with design capabilities. Should have handled design of commercial and residential buildings.

AGM/DGM - Projects :

B.Tech / BE / M.Tech (Civil) with minimum 14 years of experience in construction of Commercials or IT projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordination with architects, structural consultants & other appointed consultants for drawings & necessary details required for the projects, revisions and joint visits for the critical problems & discussions on site
• Planning and scheduling of projects
• Monitoring the progress of projects as per schedule
• Settlement of rates, bills, disputes with all working contractors and agencies in case of unscheduled works
• Quality of work for all Projects
• Short listing of contractors / vendors / & bidders in consultation with the General Manager for new projects
• Inviting Tenders from various agencies
• Ensuring safety of men & material at project sites
• Ensuring indented materials reach the site on time
• Recommending of vendors to the management
• Certification of Non Tender Items, Contractors running bills and Purchase bills
• Delegation of work to subordinates

Manager & AGM/DGM - Planning & QS :

B.Tech / BE/ M.Tech (Civil) with minimum 14 years of experience in Planning & QS.

Responsibilities will include:

• Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
• Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
• Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work;
• Liaising with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary;
• Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems.
• Good Knowledge in Primevera and planning & scheduling applications.
• Understanding of ISO standards

QA QC Manager :

B Tech / BE / M Tech (Civil) with 8 – 12 years of experience into QA QC - Residential project (apartments, bungalows, villas). Candidate should be able to set up Quality control systems and testing facilities at project sites. Implementation knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities will include:

• Inspection of construction activities
• Designing and testing of concrete and asphalt mixes
• Testing of construction material (Cement- Pozzolanic material- Aggregate- Admixtures-Steel-Bitumen, etc) as per the requirement of national and international standards
• Quality Management systems as per the requirement of ISO 9000 standard
• Responsible for implementing the Quality Management plans at project sites including testing of soil & concrete and other related issues.

All positions require strong customer & quality orientation, Incumbent must be self motivated with strong work ethic and commitment to success, ability to work in cross functional teams and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
